This gluten-free certified tri-colored quinoa comes from the Andes Mountains of Peru. It is considered a “superfood” as it is a complete source of protein. This powerful little grain is a great addition to any diet and is an ideal solution for those following a gluten-free, vegan or vegetarian diet and are looking to increase their protein and fiber intake. It is also a great substitute for couscous and white rice. This tri-colored quinoa also adds a beautiful splash of color to your dinner plate.

Cooking Instructions
Rinse 1 cup quinoa well under cold water, then combine with 2 cups water and an optional pat of butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and cook for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat and keep covered for 5 minutes and then fluff with a fork and serve!
